The book Play Again is sold by Daniel Ruiz Sánchez, an individual, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 23056881W, with address at Calle Picos de Europa, 30310 Cartagena (Murcia), Spain. You can write to me at [email protected] or reply to any No Grind Club email.
A digital book in PDF format, Play Again. It doesn't include a subscription, a community, videos or any further service.
The price is $15, with VAT included where it applies. Payment is made by card through Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
The PDF is available to download as soon as the payment goes through, from the purchase page itself, and you also get an email with the link. If anything goes wrong with the download, write to me and I'll send it to you myself.
You have 14 days from your purchase to ask for your money back. Just write to [email protected] or reply to the purchase email saying you'd like a refund. I'll refund the full $15, to the same payment method, within 14 days of your request. If you tell me what didn't work for you, I'd be grateful, because it's the only way I have of knowing what to improve. But it's not required and it doesn't affect the refund.
The book is for your personal use. You can read it on all your devices and print it for yourself. You can't resell it, publish it or share the file with other people. All rights to the text are mine.
If you have any problem, write to me first and I'll try to sort it out myself. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the consumer protection authority where you live, and you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
If I change these terms, the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
